Alisa McKissick

Alisa McKissick is an Associate Attorney at The Ryan Law Group and a dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual assault and individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries due to the negligence of others. Her practice focuses on mass tort claims, childhood sexual abuse cases, and complex personal injury matters, where she works to secure justice and meaningful compensation for those whose voices have too often been overlooked. Drawing on her experience previously representing insurance carriers, Alisa brings valuable insight into defense strategies and uses that knowledge to hold wrongdoers accountable.

Before pursuing a career in law, Alisa served as an elementary school teacher in South Los Angeles, where she advocated for underserved students in an under-resourced community. This experience shaped her strong commitment to standing up for those without access to resources and continues to inform her compassionate, client-centered approach to litigation.

Alisa is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA). She earned her law degree from the University of La Verne College of Law and Public Service.
