SEAL BEACH, CA – 2 Dead, 1 Injured in 6 Vehicle Collision on I-405
SEAL BEACH, CA (February 21st, 2022) – Two people were killed and one other was critically injured in a six-vehicle crash on the 405 Interstate early Monday morning.
The fatal collision happened around 1:30 a.m., according to authorities. Six vehicles total were involved.
Two people were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. One other person had to be extricated from their vehicle and sustained critical injuries. Their condition is currently unknown.
CHP believe the deadly crash may have been caused by a wrong-way driver, but are still investigating.
