Jason Kayne

Attorney

Jason Kayne’s litigation practice is focused on representing individuals in catastrophic personal injury cases, complex civil litigation, and childhood sexual abuse cases. He started his career as a commercial litigator handling complex transaction disputes in New York, before transitioning to work as a defense attorney, where he handled professional liability, construction, and auto accident claims. Shortly after he returned for good to his hometown of Los Angeles, he decided he could no longer work for insurance companies and since then has fought aggressively on behalf of individuals and consumers who have been harmed by the misconduct of others. He now uses his knowledge of defense tactics to ensure his clients do not get cheated by insurance carriers out of the just compensation that they are owed. Mr. Kayne has experience handling litigation of sexual abuse claims against schools, clergy members, and family members, as well as catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits involving motor vehicle collisions, defective products, and dangerous premises conditions.

Jason is a proud member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and is licensed to practice in both California and New York. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.
