BAKERSFIELD, CA – 22-Year-Old Emily Dianne Hendricks Killed In Crash on Union Avenue
BAKERSFIELD, CA (December 8, 2021) – Emily Dianne Hendricks, 22, was killed when the sedan she was driving collided with another vehicle and spun out. She was ejected.
Just before 3 p.m., Hendricks was driving down Union Avenue when she struck another vehicle, a pickup truck, at a high rate of speed. Her vehicle then spun out and struck the center median. She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, and was ejected from the vehicle.
Hendricks, a Bakersfield resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have determined drugs and alcohol to not be a factor in the fatal accident.
