BAKERSFIELD, CA – Bicyclist Killed in Collision with Vehicle on California Avenue
BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 4th, 2022) – A bicyclist was killed after they were struck by a vehicle at the intersection of California Avenue and S Street.
Shortly before 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a vehicle struck the bicyclist, whose name has not yet been released. They died from their injuries at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle involved remained on the scene and cooperated with authorities. Drugs and/or alcohol were not factors in the deadly collision.
