HEALDSBURG, CA – Audrey Jawor Killed in 5-Vehicle Collision on Highway 101 near Old Redwood Highway
HEALDSBURG, CA (February 7th, 2022) – Audrey Jawor, 25, was killed Monday afternoon after being involved in a collision of five vehicles on Highway 101, near Old Redwood Highway and Healdsburg Avenue.
The crash occurred shortly after 1 pm, when a 47-year-old man driving a Dodge pickup truck rear-ended two vehicles, a white Subaru and a black Hyundai. The Dodge was traveling at unsafe speeds for traffic conditions at the time, which was slowing for road work.
The black Hyundai was pushed into a guardrail, and then two other vehicles before coming to a stop. Jawor was a passenger in the Hyundai, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities do not believe drugs or alcohol played a part in the fatal crash.
